Further to the below matter, please inform all branches they are not allowed to inform customers of the price of glass which is agreed between Glasfit and Telesure. Should a customer request a cash quote, Glasfit is allowed to supply the customer with the quote on a cash basis only.
The branches should inform customers that there is an agreement in place with Glasfit and Telesure and that all pricing is not allowed to be discussed as this is privilege information.
Further to the authorisation, please be informed that Claims agreed that alternative glass (Benson) will be fitted and should the customer still require SX glass, the customer is welcome to pay the deference, however Telesure will only be authorisation the alternative glass.
